I'm fascinated by the human body: how it functions in and responds to its environment. Ultimately I hope to get a PhD in counselling psycology. I grew up in Denver, Colorado. Rock climbing, song writing, and genuine conversation occupy my time that isn't spent on school or at the MTC, where I work as a teacher for new missionaries.
Professionally, I am driven by a few key issues I've noticed through experience: 1) mental health is not talked about enough or in a helpful way and 2) Provo is plagued by a culture of toxic professionalism. As a therapist or a social worker, I hope to combat those issues and help unify people across the spectrum of mental illness.
