I am Zach Olsen. I grew up in Southern Oregon which contributed to my love of the outdoors. I enjoy running and hiking mountains. I got interested in developmental biology when I took a class from Dr. Barrow as an undergraduate. I am currently a graduate student in his lab working on developing techniques to genetically edit chickens.
