I'm a pre-med from Salem, OR studying Cell Biology and Physiology. Outside of the lab, I love reading, cars, lifting weights, and exploring new places. After I graduate, I intend to get my MD and specialize in oncology or palliative care. Working in the Kooyman lab has been extremely valuable; it has taught me research skills, increased my desire to learn, and facilitated amazing relationships.
